2. Give Teacher recommendation forms to two teachers. (One Academic teacher and one Career and Technical teacher or two Academic teachers if you don't have a Career and Technical teacher).

3. Fill out Form "Request For A Copy of My High School Transcript" (We must have this to get your transcript and we must have your transcript for the interview).

4. Return the packet to the Apprenticeship Office at Bates Annex. (Located in room 111 of the Basement at Bates Annex)

5. Schedule personal interview with the Personnel in the Apprenticeship Office. One of your parents or your guardian must come with you to the interview. Lunchtime is the preferred time to do interviews.
